The SwissPedDose association was founded by the 8 Category A children’s hospitals (Aarau, Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Zurich) together with pädiatrie schweiz and the Swiss Association of Public Health Administration and Hospital Pharmacists (GSASA) in May 2017. On behalf of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), it has been operating the national database with dosage recommendations for paediatric pharmaceuticals since 1 April 2018.
